This extension enhances the data model to store details retrieved by TeemIP Data collector for IP addresses

Added class: * IP Discovery applications to define remote applications that perform discovery

Modified class: * Enhancement of the IP Subnet class so that an IP discovery application can look after them * Enhancement of IPAddress class so that discovery informations related to IP addresses can be displayed at their level
